Influencers desire to help others reach their goals and realize their potential, seeing the gold in others and helping them be all they were created to be. Influencers will advance civilization through inspiration and practical dreaming, being able to build and create something from nothing.
- An optimal work environment for Influencers is where there are a lot of new prospects and possibility-thinking is needed. They seek to have a culture that truly brings out the best in people and where mentoring and personal growth is highly valued.
- Influencers struggle in work environments where ideas are only talked about and plans never leave the whiteboard. They need to be given freedom to share their ideas and see them implemented.
